The name Atelier pronounced (uh . teh. lee . ay) is a room or building in which an artist works and LAO are my initials.
The heart of my photography is rooted in simplicity, creating images that feel genuine and enduring. Specializing in ethereal, classic, heirloom portraiture, I strive to craft photographs that not only reflect the beauty of the present but also become cherished legacy for generations to come.

My approach
My approach to photography is defined by soft, subtle hues, simplistic backdrops, and luminous lighting. I believe that every image should capture the genuine emotion and unique beauty of its subject, which is why I keep props to a minimal. This way, the focus remains solely on you—your story, your emotions, and your essence.
My work is a blend of art and authenticity, designed to create timeless portraits that evoke a sense of calm and wonder. I strive to build a comfortable, relaxed environment where natural moments can unfold, and the true spirit of every individual can shine through. As a mom of 5, I sincerely understand the importance of authentically documenting milestones. Images that you will look upon, and remember with fondness, all the tiny, delicate features of your child.
